If for any reason we can't do a complete job on the spot, we will make a record of the situation and call again when we have devised an ideal solution.
An ideal solution is one that completely satisfies us and the customer. Some customers are very picky and have crazy ideas. It is our mission to completely satisfy those customers. Other customers are not as picky or crazy as they ought to be. It is our mission to make them more picky and crazy. It is our mission to be crazy and picky ourselves.
When the job is in any way complicated - when it's hard to know exactly what to do - we include it in a process: our team - hundreds of practitioners around the world - meet, often, sometimes in small groups, sometimes in very large groups, to brainstorm each and every pending case.
