Oh, and this always takes me back to the question of batteries. It is not in any way sufficient for people to have good or adequate or nice batteries. Batteries should be superb. They should be perfect.
A perfect battery (here, for a vacuum cleaner) delivers full power every time it's used, for the entire time it's in use. Period. That's the standard.
Interestingly (here, for a vacuum cleaner) the above quality is much more important than "long life." Five minutes at full power would be fantastic, where twenty minutes of diminished power is, in fact, useless!
